Job Responsibilities
Collaborates and partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Development, Implementation, Support, and other business areas cross/within the segments and regions and within other centralized corporate areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed on an ongoing basis. Ensures compliance outcomes are included in all plans and goals.
Own and drive complex, cross division work streams that will directly impact the success of the division
Drive high-impact problem solving and analysis for some of the division's most critical questions
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Develop best practices and implement them uniformly across departments
Through the development and orchestration of process + workflow improvements, this individual will help to streamline and simplify the decision-making process.
He/she will partner closely with the VP of Operations and Delivery on a daily basis and also manage the execution of projects and tasks across all facets of business operations, including day-to-day management, special initiatives, and oversight of deadlines. This position requires a strategic mindset and consulting skills with a strong bias towards delivery and performance
Accountable for the delivery and execution of the P&L for defined areas of responsibility
Monitor multiple projects and initiatives at once, following through, and handling issues in a timely manner
Maintain healthy and successful client engagements
Stay intimately connected with each customer's needs and goals and ensure customer goals are met and satisfied.
Maintain healthy professional rapport with customers, modeling Trimble's Core Values and Beliefs
Minimize customer attrition and maximize referrals to other potential customers or influencers because of exemplary service and outcomes
Provide consistent communications and interactions with the customer
Qualifications
Extensive TMS and Maintenance knowledge with experience working with multiple departments and customers.
Experience designing and implementing metrics and KPIs across a business
Results-focused and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills presented with high EQ, maturity, and humility
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced in operationalizing processes to best ensure repeatable success in project delivery
Eagerness to learn and a high comfort level with experimentation and ambiguity
