Position Purpose | In support of Dartmouth's Alumni Relations mission, the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement provides leadership, guidance, and support to volunteers to build connection between alumni and Dartmouth through and in partnership with more than 200 recognized and active alumni organizations. Works as part of a team to advise and support alumni organizations. Develops and implements engagement strategies including but not limited to: cross-organizational initiatives, organization governance, communications, operations, and event activity. Partners strategically across Advancement and Dartmouth to support the multifaceted goals of alumni engagement. Provides operational support and reviews and enhances processes and programs. Works on special projects as needed. |
