Join us as an Assembly Operator at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. You will setup and operate equipment in our production facility.

• The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $15.00 - $29.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

More details about the opportunity:

Pentair has different levels of Assembly Operators and based of your experience and years of service the duties of the role will continue to develop and increase with on-the-job training.

• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.

• Use small hand and power tools, and miter-saw

Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!):

1st shift: Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights frequently 3-25 pounds and infrequently 25-50 pounds, as well as regularly bend and reach
